Radhika Kaji is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and patron of the arts whose leadership spans business, social service, and women’s development. As the founder of Auglaise, she built a successful brand manufacturing bespoke ceramic décor and crockery, pioneering high-end industry standards for niche, discerning corporate clients and the luxury hospitality sector.
Bringing deep institutional knowledge to her current role as Vice President of the IMC Ladies’ Wing, Radhika’s extensive contributions span the Exhibition Committee, the Events & More Committee, the Impact Committee, the Business Committee, and the Awards Committee.
A proven leader in the non-profit sector, she served as a Trustee of United Way Mumbai, championing grassroots initiatives for vulnerable children and the empowerment of the girl child. As President of Indus International, she guided the organization through the pandemic with resilience and foresight by successfully transitioning activities to digital platforms and curating engaging programmes featuring distinguished speakers. Earlier, as President of the Inner Wheel Club of Bombay, her leadership in service and fundraising initiatives earned the organization an unprecedented 13 district awards.
Blending the discipline of a Bharatanatyam practitioner for over five decades with a strong proficiency in digital tools and technology, Radhika brings grace, strategic thinking, and vision to her professional and community endeavours.
She is blessed with a close-knit family comprising her mother-in-law, Ranjanben; husband, Sameer; children, Aditya, Aarti, Abhijeet & Vanshika; and her four cherished grandchildren—Aryaveer, Dev, Tara, and Aryana—who remain a constant source of joy, inspiration, and support.
