Devil’s Daughter is the brutally frank memoir of a young girl raised in a life that’s blessed and privileged where all comforts are taken for granted. Suddenly out of nowhere a curveball comes hurtling at her destabilizing everything in the most shocking and unfortunate way possible and how she was able to cultivate a profound appreciation for the beauty this world has to offer in the face of ugliness no one should have to know.
Author - Ms. Mukerjea, reading excerpts from her book and in special conversation will be sharing her trauma, experiences of surviving such an emotional hurricane with some honest anecdotes and emerging out with empathy and how she learned to come to terms with life.
The talk will be moderated by Ms. Aarti Surendranath - Producer and Animal Rights Activist.

Maharashtra is the second most populated state in India, and therefore, a Maharashtra Cooperatives Society Act is just the right fit for the state.
Most Mumbaikars and Maharshtrians live in homes which are part of ‘co-operative housing society’. However, very few of us know what our legal standing is or what our rights liabilities and privileges are under such societies.
These cooperative housing societies are governed by the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 and the law provides a comprehensive framework for registration, membership, incorporation of duties and privileges of cooperative societies throughout Maharashtra.

As you travel, you are greeted by diverse nuances of cuisines, faiths, arts, crafts, music, nature, lands, tribes, history and adventure sports. India has a mesmeric conflation of the old and the new. As the bustling old bazaars rub shoulders with swanky shopping malls, and majestic monuments accompany luxurious heritage hotels, the quintessential traveller can get the best of both worlds.
Ms. Rupinder Brar is an Indian Revenue Service Officer of 1990 batch. She is presently posted as the Additional Director General of Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, New Delhi.

"Gratitude is riches. Complaint is poverty."
Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity...it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Gratitude can be a hard concept to wrap your mind around and even harder to put into action. Being truly grateful rarely comes naturally to anyone but it can be practiced and learned.

Every living being is in the pursuit of happiness. However, very few of us achieve it. This is because life is misleading. That which gives instant joy leads to sorrow in the end and that which appears painful in the beginning gives happiness in the long run.
Vedanta gives a unique formula for happiness by which we can gain bliss both in the immediate present as well as in the long term. It prescribes methods by which we can attain happiness at every level of our personality - sensual, emotional, and intellectual as well as spiritual.
Ms. Jaya Row is one of the world’s most influential speakers on Indian philosophy, Vedanta. She's a well-loved spiritual leader whose expositions on Vedanta touch the mind and uplift the intellect. Blessed with a global vision and unparalleled knowledge of the scriptures, Ms. Row has the incredible ability to reach out to individuals of all nationalities, sects and faiths.
Ms. Row will provide simple solutions to the everyday problems that Millennials and Zoomers face.
The session will be moderated by Ms. Reena Rupani – Member, Executive Committee - IMC Ladies' Wing.

We are humbled to host this event, this is our way of paying tribute to all the armed forces - it's their selfless love towards our nation that makes them offer the supreme sacrifice for us! It's their bravery, courage, best skills, perfection and excellency that makes them special and eligible to serve our motherland.
Gone are the days when armed forces were only associated with men, now women equally participate in serving the country by joining armed forces. It has increased almost three-fold with more avenues being opened for them at a steady pace. Women who continue to serve the country in various roles are the perfect example of women empowerment.
Let's meet one of the trailblazers of the Indian Army - Lieutenant General (Dr) Madhuri Kanitkar, a soldier, a doctor, a teacher, she has taken great strides in all these roles with determination and pride. As the third female Lieutenant General in the history of India, she has broken society-perceived stereotypes.
Lieutenant General (Dr) Madhuri Kanitkar, AVSM, VSM is a serving General Officer in the Indian Army. She is the third woman in the Indian Armed Forces to be promoted to a Three-star rank. She currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Integrated Defence Staff (Medical) under the Chief of Defence Staff.
Through this session she will enlighten us on how the Indian army boosts a winning spirit in their officers and how they overcome challenges of weather, war, enemy attacks and much more. Her grit and determination shining throughout her journey and her vision forward will be an inspiration to our members.
