  We have a relationship with everything one with those around us, the individuals we work with, the individuals we go to school with, our peers, our colleagues, with our family members etc. Life is about relationships and that is why life is not about being emotional, it is not about being practical and it is not even about being rational; it’s about being relational.

  Ms. Shalini Chuganee will help enhance the emotional intelligence capacity as she believes a strong foundation inclusive of confidence, communication and focused core thinking is integral to the development of the social growth of adults in both personal and professional relationships. With experience of mentoring over 300 students, Ms. Chuganee is committed to providing guidance and solutions to individuals for their academic, professional and personal development.

  Ms. Shalini Chuganee has over 500 hours of individual development training and 60 hours of CBT training. Ms. Chuganee is a CBT Coach Practitioner & EQ Mentor who believes strongly that the quality of thought determines the quality of life. She has a BA in Political Science with a minor in Psychology & Sociology from Monmouth University, USA and an MA in Political Science & Management from George Washington University, USA. She has also completed CBT courses including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Clinical State of the Art from Harvard Medical School.
